Why you Need It: Why I need to be a staff? If that's the case, need sounds too harsh... more like... I wish to be staff. Anyways, I would like to be staff on a server because I want to make servers a better place, where players can be happy, and not feel like they are oppressed by the higher staff positions, but instead join them in conversations and joyful manners.
How can you Help?: I can build, I can make redstone, I can moderate, I know all the commands, flags, etc to plugins like WorldGuard, WorldEdit, Hunger Games, Factions, Towny, Economy, ChestShop, and other very popular plugins.

Building Experience (post link): I haven't posted anything I've built, I've just built things on building servers. On a server called Supreme Craft, I built a giant redstone Pokemon arena (Kinda badass, really), a really cool skyscraper that got me the Epic Builder status, and few mansions, and other tiny things.
Plugin Experience: Extremely high (I can even make plugins, too).
How you will treat players: With the utmost respect.

Why we should Pick You (5 sent. min.): Well, for one, I know how to make players happy, and I converse with players a lot, making the server overall seem much more upbeat. I know all the commands for popular plugins, and all the flags for WorldGuard. I am good at breaking up arguments, and knowing when to use kicking, muting, and banning powers in efficient but effective ways. I am really good at problem solving, so if there is a problem with the server (Say, port got forwarded to some random place by accident), I know how to fix it.
Anything Else: I alternate from my parent's house, and at my dad's house (I'm there a third the time), I have super fast internet (90MBs). But, at my mom's house, internet really sucks. So, sometimes, I may be lagging hard and sometimes my internet will be faster than yours.
