Well maybe I could help but you will have to be more specific about your request.
So you want a banner for a server? Do you want it to be a .gif or a .png? What colour scheme does your server have? Do you have a specific font that you want to use? What would the banner to say/advertise? If you could provide an answer to all of those questions (as they are all essential) then definitely could make you a banner.
