Minecraft/Servers Needing Staff for my server

How old are you: (not important) 13, But im mature. 9/10 (I like to have fun and joke around sometimes. )
How long will you dedicate to the server: However long im needed! I can join almost everyday, except for maybe every once in a while when im busy.
Will you follow the rules and instructions i set: Of course! Its your server, your way.
Skype (again not recommended) Sorry, but nope.
and about you:I have been playing minecraft for 2-3 years, and I love joining servers and helping with building, designing, moderating, or just being fun and helpful.

What do you want to happen: my In-game character, to be standing in grass, holding a pig. then, the text comes in and (Maybe?) knocks over my character and the pig. if thats too hard, just have the words come in above them, thanks!

Why you want to join our staff: I enjoy joining servers, and helping out as much as I can. I love helping with all kinds of things, such as building, enforcing rules, and making it as much fun as possible for everyone. I like keeping servers balanced, with enough rules to keep it fair, but not so many that it ruins the fun. I would loveto help out, if thats ok.
Someone is spamming what do you do: Immediate warning,depending on how bad it is. If its bad, kick, and then if they keep doing it, mute.(If I have too, temp/perm ban.)
Someone is hacking what do you do: Perm Ban! Hacking is unacceptable!
Someone is cussing what do you do: Harsh warning, kick, 10-20 min. mute (Depends) If its really bad, temp ban.

ninjas have speed II, and nightvision? and iron swords with sharpness 1?
Barbarians with iron helm/boots and leather chest/pants all with Protection II, and each have diamond sword with sharpness I knockback I?
