Agreed. People need to realize that they need to be members on a server for a long duration of time before they apply. Especially blindly, such as this situation. Another thing that should be realized is by owners of servers. They have made this mentality in people that is: "If I apply on enough servers, I will eventually get staff." This is a problem that needed to be addressed. Owners shouldn't get staff for a server until they have a definite base of players. A server should be 88% players/people who donate and 12% staff.

Accepted. I did some background work on you, and you seem quite reliable. Consider yourself a member. The article group portion is the only part that I haven't fully thought out yet, so that may take time. Again, I won't be fully active until about a week or so. I appreciate your application, and I believe that you will be a valuable addition to The Team.
You did quite well for your line of work. You may, however, wish to arrange the players/members in a different way. This is only my opinion, and in no way intended to be offensive. Maybe in a column-type format for them. Somewhat the same with the error reports/news. Other than these minor things I believe that you did quite well with the making of this.
