In a world full of style-less, hairless fools, one man will rise above all of his peers. His name is Yuko Hanamaru, and he's here on a mission. And this mission is to win over his love life, Mika Kiyotaka, of which he'll earn with a tip of the hat, and his dazzling charisma. But to get to her, he has many challenges to face, such as beating his arch nemesis Phil Smith, a transfer student from America, keeping his swagger in check, and trying to find the perfect fedora for his otherworldly visage.
