I have not had any issues with them yet, I have bought many keys, from MSDN "sellers" and college surplus sellers. I have also gave them to my friends, for their builds, and they have not had any issues either.
It states that, but normally they don't care, or else they wouldn't be giving them out anymore if it was a "real" problem.
But you could say that you gave him 15 bucks to buy a game or something, and then he gave you a key. (I think the EULA allows you to give to others?)
So that's how a lot of them get around it, claiming it as a friendly gesture. But I understand if you don't trust it, but I haven't had any problems with them yet, neither have my friends.
Interesting. I still don't trust it, because it's something private and someone could steal my paypal. It's happened before on sites that my friends bought something off of then when I went to buy it stole the money.
The one I linked above, you can use gift cards/prepaid debit cards, so say you want to buy one for 10 dollars, put 10 dollars on it, and they couldn't possibly take more than you want to give.
But I understand, just trying to save some money for you :b
