So before I get into an application to your server I'd just like to give a little background information that should satisfy any queries that you might have about my application.
First of all I am applying for 3 players, secondly I will include all their Skype info and Minecraft usernames in the application, finally I won't be able to answer the Shark question for all 3 members only myself unfortunately. Right into the application.

Alright so my age is 14 Ellis is 11 and Jack is also 14
We are all from Britain and our time-zone if your wondering is GMT+0
So this one is a matter of opinion however I will try and convince you that all 3 of us are trust worthy players, first of all we've been accepted to many whitelisted servers and even a Minecraft realm before unfortunately all of these servers have been shut down and or forcibly closed by the host company however we've never been banned from any servers and enjoy the vanilla experience as well as building things for the spawn village or just other buildings for the community.
