One thing to let everyone know, make sure to include your Minecraft username when you submit, placing it as a sign in the spawn may be missed so you may not get your rank if you do not properly include it.
Other things that could add to your being the one chosen would be to include special rooms dedicated to certain purposes like maybe a room where staff members have their heads on the wall or other things along that nature. If you want to include something like that make sure to really incorporate it into the build instead of just adding it for extra points cause it would end up just taking away more points than it's worth.
