expand inland a bit so there's an end goal. also add a navy if you're up to it, there's plenty of great schematics if you arent.
last but not least you could try adding details like more intricate landing craft, infinite fires on the beach, barbed wire, even land mines, just to add to the effect. hope the map goes well!
