Example on how to deal with exploiter's: I will kick them and immediately report it to a higher rank.
Example on how to deal with spammers: TempMute for 10-15 minutes and then if they are still spamming after that I will kick them and report to a higher rank.
Previous Experiences? None, everyone starts somewhere.
Consequences for insulting staff (List 2nd and 3rd offence as well): First offense would be a warning, second a TempMute, third a Kick and a report to a higher rank.
Are you staff on any other server? if so list them: As said before, no.
A player is spamming, but only has done it once, what do you do as a mod? Ask politely to stop, then if continues TempMute
How could you benefit the server? A fresh perspective and a friendly attitude

Have you Ever been Banned from a server? Why?: No I haven't.
Have you ever been server staff? Which position?: I have never been staff on a server, everyone has to start somewhere. I am familiar with commands.
What do you think you could bring to the server?: A fresh perspective, and a friendly attitude.
Scenario:One player gets griefed and the rules don't allow it, and the victim(Bob we'll call him) thinks he knows who did it, although has no proof. The accused(Jeff we'll call him) says he wasn't online at the time and couldn't do it. These two players are bickering and arguing over whether Jeff griefed bobs house or not, and it's creating a hostile environment for everyone. The records show Jeff was not online, but Bob still thinks it was him and won't drop the issue and is spamming the chat what would you do to make him stop.
Commands you have as a moderator:
-Kick
-Mute
-TP
-Whisper/Reply/Tell/etc.
(Include what you would do and why you would do it.)

First, I would whisper to Bob to please stop spamming chat and politely tell him that Jeff was not online at the time of the griefing and tell him that I would fix his house for him. If he doesn't stop spamming the chat I would mute him for 5-10 minutes and tell him that if he doesn't stop spamming I would be forced to kick him. I would fix his house for him while he is off the server and then report the incident to a higher position.
