why you want this staff: I believe i can help you with the server. I have had my own server before. My server was never really successful because of school and stuff but i want to help this server become popular.
talents: I have a good knowledge of minecraft, i've been playing for 3-4 years now, I have an ok understanding of plugins and and great at solving arguements and other problems.
