Personalized Site Feed

Okay... been working on those assets for Titles&Tools' grand return... but I'm only 39 textures down, and I still have many more to finish up... However, since I'm working on it again. If you have any items you'd like... preferably in the default 16x16 grid... Just comment them away, some of the best stuff in that pack came from suggestions or themed prompts.

Anyhow, with that out of the way, I'll see ya folks around... and... Ta-Ta! o/

P.s.: Skins, Datapacks, Paintings... I still have all of those going on as well... so yeah... Nothing's changed! XD

Well... I'm off to burn away my retinas staring directly at the sun... I mean eclipse... right yeah... I was not going to stare at the sun before the eclipse... that would just be silly right.... ha ha... ha... ha... Why do I feel like I should give in to the instinct though... EHH How bad can it be, it's not like the SUN IS A DEADLY LASER! XD

Here I was... looking at some videos about the Palace of Versailles... and you cannot convince me that, that thing... wasn't a minecraft smp's mega base. XD

Funny story. Here I was... yesterday... or well... today... at like... 6am or so... and I was on my phone... using Mobile Data because I don't have wi-fi where I'm at in this house... and... suddenly... my dear old Alcatel, decides to have a stroke, and it jumps from 30% battery... straight down to 0% going offline... and yeah... it needed a recharge after that... Poor thing's battery is all swollen too! XD

And before anyone says, "just buy a new one" I don't like new smartphones... they're so thin... and square... or sometimes they have curved screens... I like mine with those old backs that could be removed easily by just... popping them open... Plus most smartphones I've seen for sale got rid of that menu with all the apps you could open by scrolling upward... etc... XD I'm such an old man when it comes to phones uh? XD GIVE ME BACK MY SLIDEABLE KEYBOARD DANG IT! XD
Oh right and I've heard you people now all use bluetooth and got rid of jack for earphones... that's just vile! How dare you assume I trust bluetooth, or even want bluetooth! I'm from the age where bluetooth was that unreliable garbage no one liked... and I WILL NOT move past it! XD

Anyhow... I just felt like sharing this weird tale! XD

Wow I'm on a wallpost ROLL tonight! XD Though now... I just have a single question for you all.

When you make digital artwork, be it skins, items, drawings, whatever do you use RGB, HSVA or something else entirely?

Because I personally...am part of the cult of HSVA Supremacy, and I can't use anything else... I tried RGB as a challenge... worst mistake of my life...I ended up spending 2 more hours than I needed on a single drawing... but that made me curious about what you use... I've also heard there's an opposite to RBG where the combination for Black and White are inverted... like I think RBG's black is 0, '0, 0, while the other is the opposite... not sure what that's called however...

QUICK EDIT! I FOUND IT! IT'S CALLED CYM! I remember it was the first of these I ever used... made sense... mixing a lot of those colours eventually made some muddy black... like in art classes! XD
Anyway, I'll see myself out... all the while I await replies... or... I could just make a poll in a forum... maybe I'll do that AFTER I get some sleep... XD

Ok... quick follow up to last wallpost, I felt like sharing just what those previously mentioned items are for... they're for Titles&Tools... poor thing's been left alone for so long, I swear it's page has tumbleweeds going about...
ANYHOW! This means I want to update it... and... I have right now... 16 textures done... a whole new set, with a bow, 1 swords, 1 of each tool, and... THE SPEAR!
I called it the Sanguine set because of it's colours and twisted/warped look and palette.
But I do want to make a few new sets and update some old ones... And again I mentioned previously a list... of which some of my concepts (not final ideas) are.
-Netherite Reforged (ancient piglin netherite that doesn't come from scrap so it's cleaner looking)
-Ender Draconis (ender dragon inspired set but it could also drop the ender theme and just be craconic looking)
-Reclaimed Tech (high-tech scrap)
-Alien Scrap (literally stuff made with alien tech... like hulls, etc... possibly... very likely... the hardest one to make)
And beyond these are ideas like... Finishing pre-existing sets... or expanding individual concepts into sets... like finishing the resin set, and making an entire set around primitive bone... of which I think I really only have a sword... that's a dagger...

You wanna know something funny? I have 5 fresh paintings ready to add into Splotch of Paint... I have my new skin already way past 60% completion... I've got still one hundred and something mushroom textures for that other mod I forgot about... I have one dead datapack in the graveyard, and 1 new datapack experiment with biomes and dimensions... (I'm trying to add in biomes, custom shaped terrain, and I'm also testing out to see if I can make a custom fast travel dimension where 1 block there equals to 32 or 128 in the overworld... It's called the Endless Ocean or something... still needs some thinking...) AND YET! DESPITE ALL OF THIS! MY IDIOT OF A PAST SELF LOOKED AT ALL OF THIS... and started making item textures... I have a whole list of them to make... and I'm looking back at previously complete sets and thinking... do I add in the new spears into these sets? So yeah... beyond all the stuff I'm burying myself in like a little project hoarding gremlin... I also have 8 new item textures done and a bunch more to be complete... fun! XD

My day has been made... My bestfriend wanted to play roblox... the game wanted me to do an age verification... it failed 5 times... eventually asked for a family member's phone... and after 20 minutes... I had the privielge of being called an 18-20 year old... I feel so young and spry right now! I'M NO LONGER 23! WOOOHOOO!

Well uh... past me was 100% correct... I did procastinate further... BUT! I made a picture! Suddenly got the craving to grab my gaming mouse and paint.net... and cranked out a colossal skeleton... I guess it's very inspired by the Owl House... but in general I just love Colossi and their skeletons... they make for such great high fantasy flavour.

ANYHOW! BACK TO "working" ON THOSE OTHER PROJECTS! HAHAHAHAHA!

Gotta admit... I'm being lazy... I was doing some digging into biome datapacks... and world gen... but looking at the amount of stuff...got me thinking... I can wait a bit... future me will handle it... that was past me... future me did not indeed handle it... and now it's my turn. XD
No matter... I got this! I think... and NO I am NOT side-eyeing my future self in hopes of evading this... AT ALL... that would be such a bad example to set for everyone... XD

Okay... I'm going back to the drawing board! By which I mean... I have some new ideas I want to try using datapacks and related to maps... so I'm going missing for a while to test these out. Well... maybe not missing... I'll likely be lurking around here and there still. XD
But you get the gist. Let's hope I can make these plans work. And... uh... In the meanwhile I might also drop a skin if I get around to finishing it... though it's for my wardrobe so who knows... Oh and there's also the... 2 blogs now... so if that interests you I am still writing in between these projects so they will receive more updates.

MEANING! I've completed that Columbina skin adaptation and she's live! Woohoo!!! I'M FREE!!!! And funnily enough... I did so right as she returned to the game so... that's fun...

Anyway hope you enjoy it. BECAUSE I AM.... probably diving back into my wardrobe... I still have a couple of Zord variants I want to make... and by couple I mean... wait let me check... uh... roughly... a very little... miniscule even... total of ~20 variants....

Well gotta admit I was a bit confused as to why people were talking about fireworks and celebrating... I forgot it's your thing in America the 4th of July or whatever you call it. I'm afraid I only know about it from stuff like GTA, Futurama, and the movie Independence Day with the aliens?

So whatever it is you people are celebrating across the atlantic ocean right now... uh... Hope you have a good time? I seriously don't know what it is you do except fireworks. XD

I can't even tell anymore but ever since 6am I just... I zoned out while finishing that skin... Columbina yeah... I posted about it an hour ago even...

AT LEAST SHE'S SHADED! Only missing the hair honestly... which I dread because... hair is tricky for me... XD
Though at least after that part is done I only need to go in and add all the tiny depth and outer layer details... which is usually fun and makes the skin POP that much more.

Funny developments uh? So servers are now piracy? Well... I guess this could still be refuted but... the mere fact it was said... eish. Makes me lose all remaining hope I had for multiplayer games.

Don't ask me why a micro-patch took me 3 weeks to make... I got distracted... but voila! SoP is fixed... and I added 5 new paintings as an apology. I'm sorry for the wait.

Ok uh... unrelated to everything as of late but...

I was watching this documentary on the Odyssey Channel this morning... and it turns out... there's a gene called (SHH) and... it's name is literally "Sonic Hedgehog" imagine my surprise! XD

"So yeah, Sonic Hedgehog is an important gene in the development of limbs in animals..."

What kind of world is this? Did I wake up in the wrong timeline? XD

Okay... it's been 2 weeks since I posted anything... Where have I been?

For starters I recently got distracted with both paintings, and a new fun hobby... Modding Starbound! :D

I also tried making new assets for my other projects... But let's just say... It's getting hard to make new concepts for stuff like Titles&Tools when I've pretty much done hundreds of items alredy for it...

As for skins... well OCs are on break. I have no normal requests. My personal skinline is also on break. And I've lost my drive to keep working on them... I apologize deeply to Digi as well since he wanted a Columbina skin and honestly, I think with some will power and stubborness I can still finish it this month... enough evading it!

Just don't treat this as a promise. I'm bad with timelines... XD
