About yourself: I am a plugin developer/coder. I am a 14 year old guy in 9th grade. I am skilled at coding permissions with PEX and GroupManager. I am also well versed in Book of Souls. Book of Souls is an NBT editor that is used to create custom mobs and awesome dungeons.
Why I should trust you: I am a very mature player, and the owner of my own server. I really hate trolls and hackers, because i feel they ruin the game. I enjoy seeing a server grow into a network that I have worked on. I put lots of time and effort into servers, and I would never try to harm them.
Do you want staff for the power,Op,Gm,trolling,etc?: for the simple pleasure of helping players and making this a popular server. I also like to watch things i have built/coded in use.

Why You Want To Apply- Because I have just finished coding my own server, and I am looking for a new server to play on. I think this looks like a server that can really thrive.

How You Can Help The Server- Ok, where to start... I am very knowledgeable of GroupManager, so I can code the ranks. I can set up a rank system (which every server needs). A am also well versed in NBT Editors (which means I can modify mobs without any mods, just a simple plug-in). I am also a very good builder. How Often You Can Be On- Pretty much everyday. I will be on about 30 minutes per week day, and an hour on the weekends.

To have a good horror game, just remember these steps:
1) Pop scares are not fun.
2) Sound effects are key. It is scarier to hear glass shatter in the darkness then to see a zombie charge at you.
3) pick a good atmosphere, but make sure it is not overused. Personally, I think deep space is a great setting. Just dont make it too cliche, like constantly saying horrible mottos like "No one can hear you scream in space"
4) Be original with the enemy. Dont make it slenderman or some overused creepy thing.

Previous Work/Builds(Depends on what your applying for): I am a fairly good builder. I have run multiple servers and have been head staff on many. I know how to build. A little about your self? I am a 14 year old boy in 9th grade. My name is Eli (as you may have guessed). I am the owner of a growing Faction server InvalidNetwork. I am very skilled at WorldEdit, BookOfSouls, and GroupManager. I really love building in minecraft and I love this mod (I play it a lot).

How long can you put towards our server? My time varies. It can be aywhere from 6 hours a week to 13 hours. I will work on this server whenever I get the chance.

Any other servers your working with?: My server, InvalidNetwork, ElementCraft (Admin), PixelCraft (Mod), and NetherNetwork (admin)

How mature are you?: I may be 14, but I am very mature. I am not a heartless robot, but I do try to take things seriously.

Why are You Applying?: I love helping new servers grow into massive networks. I also really, really love RPG games.

What Can You Offer?: I can code ranks for the server using groupmanager. I can also create custom mobs (bosses, custom enemies, ETC.) using book of souls, an NBT editor.

What Do You Expect?: a new server that will quickly grow into something HUGE.

Your Past Experience as Server Staff?: I own my own server, InvalidNetwork, and I have been staff on many other servers. I am also Admin on Pixelcraft (an RPG server)

Co-owner experience: I have been co-owner on multiple servers in the past. I am skilled in Groupmanager, WorldEdit, Book of souls, essentials, and many other well-known server plugins. I have been playing minecraft for roughly 2 years now and have become very experienced with building. I am the owner of InvalidNetwork and I have a good deal of experience running servers.
