Help/JavaEdition Why isn't my texture pack working?

It is actually a different file because i still wanted to keep the original texture pack. I copied and pasted the entire pack, and i edited what i needed. It also has a different name. I edited JoliCraft, and i named my new pack "Doctor Who JoliCraft" for the map I'm making. I just have no idea whats going on

My game handles pretty good just playing normally. There is a little lag on servers, but that's normal. Although, I do have to turn smooth lighting, and all that kind of stuff off.
