Which rank are you applying for:Well,to be honest.Any staff that you think fits me the best will do.But I think most of all is a rank that I could actually use my skills on/etc or something?
Buildings(If applying for builder i would like to see pictures):Im quite handy in building stuff.I have good creativity and is able to plan out while I am actually building.When I am building,ideas will come out from my mind and usually I would have to change to a better idea.
Why do you want to become staff:Apart from helping the server in various ways,I could also use some cool commands like the fly! I`m good with
permissions(Group manager) , building unique stuffs.(Don`t include a home) Redstones.Inventing things.Plugins. In many ways! I won`t disappoint the server.And thats a promise for sure! I could also take a little tip on little stuffs like plugins or etc.Actually,I have owned a server before and so I am very experienced!If theres any new plugin
that I dont know or anything sort of,I will try and learn,if it doesont work,then a search for tutorial will solve the problem!
What can you bring the server:
How much time can you invest into the server:If someone good were given a chance to help in any single way,I would not know why this will be a good question
to ask.But,I just wanted to write this to extend and give more details in my application to make it more longer or look more professional.Actually,I would be happy enough to help in any single server that needs my help.The reason why I actually chose this server among a million of other server is because the server has a great spawn,community and the format of the server is pretty good.
This server is also very unique and is also one of the biggest reason why I chose this server.
Previous Experience:Despite the fact everyone can just track down what I've written in my past applications, some might not know though,
yes, I've had quite a lot of experience under my belt, per say, so I have a good understanding of the tricks of the
trade, again, per say of being a staff. Alongside having said experience, I know how to make decisive decisions, even
on the spot, and making sure to understand both ends of the story and find some type of compromise, and making sure both
parties reach some type of conclusion that doesn't end up hating each other to the point of wanting to slice their
throats..For me,I think that among staff community and even in real life(sorry if i relate alot of stuff to real life
because thats how I roll.Da tum tss.Okay thats just awkward).Trust is all important.As I always say,No trust,You rust.
Ways to advertise the server:To be honest,I think that a server video would be the best other than PMC.It is effective and for me I am partnered with Freedom so I guess ill be able to lead a good server?
Any Projects on PMC:So far,I have no projects on PMC.To be honest,me and PMC arent really that close and I just use PMC for what it is.

Conclusion.
Well, despite being around, this application is something new of it's own and isn't a copy of my other ones,
but follow a similar and simple format I usually follow. Honestly, I don't expect to get any positive feedback,
then again, people have been kinda inching me to make one, so who knows? Moving along, if you guys got any random-arse
problems, I'm around and I'll help...that or cheer you up. Whatever comes first. But seriously, this time, I'm more
confident than before. And this time time around, I'm wiser and ready to rumble harder than ever.Come at me haters,
naysayers and even the scrubs. Have at it.Oh,also,when I mean "people have been inching me to make one".I dont mean
people in thisserver or anything.I meant those who supports me throughout my minecraft life and stuff.If you are one
of them and is reading this (Most unlikely).I thank you for supporting me and helping me accomplish this fine
app in this fine server.But this is for future people if they are reading this application of mine or so.
What I love to do
I love playing computor games,reading fun and interesting article online.I love playing League of Legends,play
minecraft and stuff like that.I am also a DJ moderator online on a asia chat place.
What I hate
I hate being sweared at for no reason.People that abuse stuff for no valid reason.Rude people for being rude
for no reason AT all.Of course,I hate annoying people too and alot more stuff but I have no time to list them all out.
Moving on,lets talk about rules and diciplinary,ok?To me,rules and diciplinary plays an EXTRA important part
in making the community friendly and calm.If there aint any rules and diciplinary,the server would be a failure and
close down very fast.Same thing in real life,if there isnt any rules and diciplinary,the whole world will be in chaos.
I bet "If" there really isnt any rules and diciplinary,the world would have been ended a long long time ago.Also,I love
the server is texturedand theres no lag AT ALL.Not even when im trying to login to the server!However,im not really
sure about the future but I hope it would last forever!Although nothing last forever but I sure hope it would last long!
If there is a problem between two players, one is accusing the other of stealing items while the other one denies it.
How do you handle this situation?
Well,first of all,I think before doing anything that can ruin someone in any sort of way,I would obviously require
evidence.And if I do not have any, I would actually seek help from other players/members of the server who might know.
If there really isnt,I suggest there is a plugin to check.Like coreprotect or something.If there isnt,like in the
reality world it would either be investigated further more or it will be an close case and guilty will be proven unguilty.
I have studied before rules of a lawyer and am experienced with this type of stuff.
Why do you think we should choose you as staff instead of anyone else?
Well,First of all it is always your choice.I believe most of us and including me have placed alot alot of effort
writing all this down.So,basically it isnt up to me to choose and I have confidence in myself.Even if I get rejected,
I might retry in the future if theres still a slot or something.Previously I had this same topic and I think I just
stated the reason as they were actually just a part of a format that I usuaully follow if not given or after I write
the format given by you guys.
What would be your choice of action on when a player is spamming the chats?
I have mentioned before,evidence is a critirea in involving anything that may ruin someone in any single way.
So,I will not punish yet without evidence and would investigate further.But,if I saw it with my own eyes,I would
definitely give a warning if its just a normal spam,or actually it really depends on what circumstances it is.But
I would not ban its ip unless its a advertiser with many subaccounts.I believe banning its ip will not work if they
have changed their ip so.Who knows?
