In short, you can use YouTube for money, but you'd be better off working for money like everyone else, because you just cannot know whether the YouTube will be enough.
Also, do original stuff, because I rarely see you tubers that can successfully not do the same old cr*p that has been done >9000 times already.
Also, hipster mod reviews do well, because nobody else will have covered that mod, I had some people do a video of my Flan pack, and they got more views than anything else they'd done out together, if you want to do the same, PM, and I can send you a pre-release for you to do a video on once I finish updating it, you might be able to get a kickstart from that.
