what your job is as a admin: To make sure everyone is following the rules, playing fair, having good sportsmanship, and not cheating/hacking. Anyone who does do that, I will put them in jail or kick them on their 1st and 2nd time, then ban them the 3rd time.

Moderator:
Experience: How many servers have you been moderator on? I think 5
Disciplinary Ability: How good are you at kicking/tempbanning etc. players for reasonable reasons? Yes, I ban them when they grief, hack, or be jerks more than once.
Mod Abuse: Have you ever banned or jailed someone who the owner didn't want you to jail/ban? No, the owner normally agrees because they've seen the same behavior of that person.
Ability to get along with other players: How is your ability to get along with other people? Players will complain to me if you are being mean to other people. Very well! People are always asking me questions, and I am happy to answer them!
Leadership: At times when no admin or me is on you will be the leader of the server. How is your leadership ability? 9/10 since I can't stop them from griefing until they do it, i will replace all the blocks griefed and do a grief check, and when I find them I will ban them.
Reasoning: Why are you more qualified for this job then everyone else? I am trustworthy, hard working, and all I want is to have fun and make sure everyone else has fun.
HeadMod app is the same as mod, except there is more of a stress on leadership ability.

- What types of servers you play on? Survival, factions, raiding

- How long have you been playing minecraft? almost 3 years

- Are you familiar with bukkit and plugins? Yes, just not installing them

- Why should you be mod? I am trustworthy, kind, just wanna help out, and I want to have fun and make sure everyone else is having fun!

- Do you know how to detect pvp cheats? What do they look like? Sort of, I've never seen any (pvp is NOT for me) But when the chat spams up with one guy rapidly killing people, I'll go check it out. I should be able to see it then. Also, if someone's flying in pvp (probably no allowed on your server, IDK) People will most defenitly be telling me.

- Have you had a previous role on a server (admin, moderator, builder) and when? Yes, I am an owner, a co-owner, 2 mods and 3 admins.
