Once I was riding my horse, and in a freak accident, her leg slid out from under her at a gallop. I flipped over her head, and landed in front of her. She went right over me, and the side of her hoof grazed my nose. All this happened in about 3 seconds, so needless to say, I was terrified. I just sat there for a few minutes, contemplating how quickly my life could have ended if my horse's hoof had been three inches closer to my head. Then I got back on and rode home.
