I suggest trying the modifyworld.* permission, it's worked for me in the past.

Previous Staff Experience: I have been staff of many servers, most notable was co-owner of MCnB, which started as a Tekkit server but then grew to a beta RPG before shutting down.

Why I should choose you over other people: I have worked on a project like this before, I know one more people who will be interested in this that have their own skills that can help with this project.

What do you have to offer: I am a great writer, quest coder and a few other things along those lines.

Tell Me About Yourself: I've worked in a project like this, before it got shut down due to funding issues. I was head-programmer for the quests alongside a friend who helped with naming locations, people and many other things. Storylines and other assorted things are easy for me to do.
