Why you should be Staff?
Why should I be Staff? Good question, good thing you asked this. At first, I just want to play and have fun, But for me this server is not just for amusement, It's a home. Home to have fun, live and make new friends. I have many qualities why should I be Staff, I listed all of them below.
•Experience
Me, As a Member, I am experienced. I know the responsibility of Staff Members. I am a good example.
•Work Ethic
I am responsible in and outside of this server. I have been working hard for my family, I tried all my efforts to contests. That's work ethic. I know that is. I have been working hard for my residents, I have a Motto, "Thrive to survive." I am a hard working man. I will work hard for the server. Now it's my time to harvest all my excellence.
•Dedication
I will be an active member of the community. I will be active in the three aspects of the server, In game and in Forums. I dedicate myself and my time for the server and for the Community.
•Involvement
My involvement here is becoming Staff. I have been involve into many things, I know what its feel to be a Staff. You are like a Leader. You are involved into many things. Your friends, The members and of course the community. You must be involve in almost everything. If you are, You're ready for staff, And I am.

Yes, I am patient. I’ve been patient all the time in the server. My patience helps my control my immaturity. I know my maturity has changed, It’s because of my patience. I have enough patience and time for the server. I am not tired of helping people in the right way.

Justification, eh? If you clearly read and understand my App, It is already justification. But this I am gonna summarize it. I have been a good part of the Community, I am Mature, I am courteous, Responsible and trustworthy. I am always up for a job. I am capable of becoming Staff. I Justify, I AM READY.

All of us knows we all have weaknesses. I made a list of my weaknesses. Here's my weaknesses:
•Immaturity/Self Control
Immaturity, That's what everybody was complaining for me to change that. Now, I have been improved it. As I know, I have improved it. I can control my self now. I am patient and I am always ready for this kind of cases.
Conclusion:
I have justified enough of myself above my application, Give me a shot on an interview, That's where I'll prove of myself more. I'm capable enough for this job and work. I dedicate my time to the server. Give me an interview, I'll do all best and i'm gonna blow all your minds.
