Well just to add, you can roleplay as members of parliaments across the globe, or found companies as you see fit, with protected rights granted by the governments that you vote for.

Did you know that this is false? China produces more than 28 million tonnes of Aubergines (eggplants to the non Anglo-French population) which is more than double that of India, the second largest produce coming in at 13 million tonnes.

New Jersey grows the most in America. America is not equal to the world unfortunately for the people who think this.

In fact, New Jersey produces less than 2% of the total Aubergines in the world. America only produces some 900 thousand tonnes, making it the 14th largest producer. Sorry to debunk this.

There's one continuous tunneled hole through the plastic. They're mad with a single sheet of hot plastic wrapped around a cylinder.

Well we advised you firstly sign up to the website and get a feel for the server. It's more of a factions server than Towny, however.

No jobs, but we have plenty of highly customized plugins and our map will be the most detailed Europe map ever made.

Heya, I've recently reopened Raider's Refuge (under a new name) and it'll have Roleplay, PvP, national capitals and some decent landmarks. Let me know if you're interested. We're not currently hiring staff, but we're looking for builders and helpers.

I'd be interested in taking part, but I'd like to take a look at the server to see what I'd be dealing with.

I'd just like to add my piece to this thread, since I'm one of the most qualified server staff members available. I have 5 years worth of experience in which 2 i was a paid developer for a server. I'm interested in all aspects of administration. Many people say that I'm more of Head staff material though, considering I don't have any intention of being indecisive. If you're looking for a Head position, I'd gladly help you turn your staff team into an efficient administration, by both training and guiding them in their roles. I'm also a great recruiter if it's of any value, since I know many coders, and generally have friends who have similar experience.

    I'm 21 for the record.

If you need me, please contact me over the DM system on this site, and we can set up something.

    Some of my experience:

6 months (and counting) coding custom plugins for H&J network (It's Harry and Jerry, if you're not familiar)

1 year as a head moderator at Skydogs, training staff to fill vital roles and giving the team objectives

Approximately 1 year of hosting my own server

3 months moderating a small server that recently closed

plus about 3 years of helping other servers with their undisciplined and biased staff, which I'm glad to say 9/10 of the servers are still open.

I've held every role imaginable, from being the largest donor on MineZ from 2013 to 2015, being a Founder, Owner, Co Owner, Head Admin, Admin, Developer, Head Mod, Mod, Trial Mod, Helper, Builder. and most importantly, I created, develop and update two wordpress sites for different servers that have existed sinced 2013.

Unfortunately I feel my skills would be wasted on Moderator and builder ranks, so I'd like to request this be taken as an application for either Head of Staff (Head Admin) or something similar. It may sound egotistical, however, I've been and done moderation based work, and I'm far more successful when I'm either second or third in command, so to speak.

It's an innovative tool, but there is still plenty of minor tweaks to be done.

You should probably put an age limit on this so you don't attract too many people who may be immature.

This aura is a new feature brought in by the dev team. Should you enter PvP, you now get tagged, and the white border appears around the player who was hit. It lasts for up to 30 seconds, unless the player is out of render distance. It's not any mod or plugin.

Lower your render, open your GPU driver UI and allow max CPU usage, maybe remove any limits you may have set on games, try looking in task manager's settings to see if anything could cause an issue, and as a last resort open your BIOS on startup to check there.

    Hey there Alex!

I've yet to check the website you've created as I am a little busy. However, I think I'd be a great addition as a reviewer!

I have a background in both website moderation and writing well formatted forum posts, blogs and a fair amount of documentation. I am also a bit of an indie fan; I loved FTL and I have plenty of other Indie steam games I could write about.

Contact details are available on request, as I don't post that sort of information online.

I represent Raider's Refuge MC, a semi successful Medieval/Maritime based roleplaying community who are currently hoping to open a small test server to create schematics, test buildings, plugins, and potentially open a smaller server based for either skyblock or some sort of minigame. We'd be very happy to have someone host a test server, and if you wished, join our staff team (administration). I'd be the main player on the server, since we'd need it to be whitelisted for privacy reasons. The IP address isn't a concern, again since it will be private. If you'd be interested in hosting this, we could make some sort of proposition for monetary compensation (depending on how much space you could allocate) to keep the test server permanently.

Please let me know via PM, as I'm currently not that active on this forum.

    Many thanks,
EmperorSalt - Administrative team leader for Raider's Refuge MC.

I'd thought I'd have a crack at this, despite being very busy recently.

Position: Moderator (To hopefully work my way up)

Maturity (1/10) and why you rated yourself how you did:

I would rate my maturity an 7/10, purely because I have been known to play practical jokes here and there, maybe once a month, as I believe it lightens the mood of the staff teams I've worked with, and makes a more relaxed and thus inviting atmosphere.

Have you been staff before? If so what position:

I've held a variety of ranks since I started playing, from Trial-Mod all the way up to Founder. I currently hold a Head Administration rank with another server, but I've done most of my work there now, and I'm looking for a fresh challenge

Have you ever been banned from a server? If so, why:

I've been banned from plenty of servers, none of which have occured in the past 2 years. I've been banned for glitching, cheating, and being disrespectful to staff members. However, I personally see this as an advantage, since I know how to deal with players who are like what I was 3 years ago I can also spot hackers and cheaters very quickly.

Why do you want to be staff?

I have a tendency to apply for staff positions even if I'm not actively looking to join another staff team, because I like to know that I can 1) still write a proper application to get into a staff team, and 2) because I constantly seek new and exciting challenges, whether that's on a game or in real life. I enjoy moderating forums and chats, and I'm good at it. I get results, and sometimes I can be harsh, sometimes I can be lenient depending on the type of player I'm punishing. I don't usually spend longer than 30 minutes a day moderating on a single server, because I usually drop in for 5 or 10 minutes here and there to spread out my work. I find this is the best course of action in my scenario, as I'm already busy with real life work, and so, I can be a great asset to certain staff teams, whilst still having a life outside of playing games.

To put it simply, I love moderating, I love documentation, I love preparing things, and I certainly love to help out where possible.

    Special Talents:

Javascript (coding), plugins, website and chat moderation, documenting bans, filing reports to superior staff members, and the ability of having a down to earth conversation with players.
