Did you guys know that COD has been using the same graphics engine since COD 4? Seriously, that's just pathetic. Yet people still buy it, and many still favor it over halo, which updates it's graphics engine every game.

You will proabably want to extend on most of the areas of your application, specifically your backstory. Though I like your centaur as a teacher idea, I don't think magic would be the best fit. Perhaps some sort of a beast or nature instuctor?

Backstory: emu was born of a human mother, and a demon father; the one and only satan. he grew up ignorant to this, until satan came to drag him into hell. emu escaped, but his family was killed by satan. realizing the truth of his birth, and cursing satan, he decided to become a mage to avenge the deaths of his family members, and further hone his abilities.

Race description: demons have red eyes, elongated, fang like canine teeth, pointed ears, occasionally horns, and a black tail. demons possess abilities such as superhuman strength, manipulation over darkness, the ability to possess humans, and enhanced psychic abilities such as telekinesis, pyrokinesis, etc.

School of magic: the amethyst school
Appearance: light brown hair, on the short side, one red and one green eye, pale skin, wears a hoodie
Personality: emu keeps to himself. he is slightly depressed, and is very pessimistic. he can be very violent, and is somewhat evil, as a result of his demonic heritage. he is very intelligent, and is annoyed by people he considers stupid and inferior.
