1: Okay, so there is one sword that makes the person holding it is overpowered. Everybody gangs up on him to kill him/her, and the sword gets passed on (someone picks it up). The game continues and after a set period of time the person who had the sword for the longest amount of time wins.
2: Pvp with a twist. The person with the most kills becomes weak, making it easy to kill him/her. I was thinking slowness and weakness, but it is up to you.
