Also, if I had retextured a door, how could it be facing me when I'm standing at an angle?

I'm really irritated at myself right now, Because I had at least 7 screenshots backed up on my portable hard drive of the infamous phantom and they seem to have disappeared. I viewed them only a few days ago without meaning to (I was cleaning out old spam) Well, I still managed to salvage a few...
Here's the backstory.
I had just generated a new world (Seed listed below) that was supposed to have double "near surface" dungeons. Sure enough, it did and I enjoyed a few iron and stone tools to begin with.
I went through the basic routine for beginners. Punch trees-Make tools (that one I was able to skip :3)- build a house-Make torches- etc...
Once I had a few torches, I returned to the dungeon and started my mine there, rather then having to start from the surface. This is where things began to get...strange...
About the time I had broken the first and second blocks, I was hit with a wave of intensely bad lag. Keep in mind, I was in Singleplayer and my computer is relatively fast. It surprised me but I assumed it was a fluke and continued, only to get slammed again.
I assumed the spawners had something to do with it, though I was in peaceful mode and moved to the surface near my butt-ugly house.
Since my house faces towards the water in that world, I had to walk from behind to the front of my house to get inside. (I didn't have a back door at the time)
As I walked around my poorly planned house, I caught glimpse of a zombie walking around the neighboring island, and thought little of it...until I remembered I was still in Peaceful.
Sure enough, when I checked, I was still in peaceful....
If you've managed to read this far I congratulate you on having an attention span longer than a squirrel.
For those of you who do not have an attention span that long, here's the nutshell version.
The "Zombie" kept reappearing and vanishing into the fog despite the fact I kept turning up my render to Far.
I finally thought "What the hell is with this zombie?" "He doesn't walk around, he just stares...at....me." Oh boy.
I took several screenshots, though he was far enough away he was hard to make out until I zoomed in with my super fast, ultra expensive, professional grade picture editing software (ms paint) and was horrified to discover my blatant error.
This is what I saw.

Oh crap.
He continued to get closer and closer to my house each night, but I can't seem to find those files... I think he ate them. Ohm Nom.
How anticlimactic.
And that's ONE of my Herobrine stories.
I lightened the mood for a bit of it, but don't hear (or read) me wrong.
Herobrine is scary.

I Managed to locate the world save hidden away beneath several other folders.
It's not as updated as it was right before I quit this world, so the mine I had is nowhere near as big as it was right before I quit.
The same goes for the house that was previously bigger.
I also found the world seed- 761901369131881790
And Finally..... He's back.
After only 2 Minecraft nights, He showed up again. Apparently he likes this world and has no intention of letting me explore it on peace. Not necessarily a bad thing though since this time I have proof of "Him"
