You obviously don't know how bills work, 13$ a month is more expensive then you think, you gotta pay for the electric bill, the water bill, heat bill, you know all that fancy junk which takes a lot from pay checks, not only that but you have to pay for you'r clothing, furniture, food, and anything else you want. I may only be 14 but at least I know you'r parents can't buy you everything.
