    SeismicSquid,
Could you please add me on skype where i can give you a more in-depth application? That way you can ask any questions that may have come to mind or been left out of the application form you stated above. I'm quite interested in joining your team. I base it off of respect towards one another on the staff team, and experience aswell. I hope you contact me soon! Skype @ Bailydavis

I would be interested in a management position or two.
You may contact me on skype @ "Bailydavis" if you wish to know my strengths of management in-game and out, or just website and community management.

I'd be interested in just a Management Position.
I don't play minecraft as much as i used to, but occasionally come on.

Furthermore, my skype is "Bailydavis" if you want to talk about it.

If you need people to make CUSTOM plugins, without them being payed, you're way out of your mind.

Helping set them up and configuring, on the other hand, not as much.

You can say that all you want. It still doesn't hide the fact that there is potential for it to be taken from them.
Nothing personal, but PMC shouldn't allow things like this to be posted in the RECRUITMENT section. This is where people recruit staff or players. Not where people tell others that they will provide them a free server.

    So.
The way i see it, you will buy a server for someone and still have the Hosting Provider client account, where you could ask them to change the password for the control panel.
Depending if the person who gets accepted DOES get control panel, and you still have it.

The scenario, they set it up, install and configure plugins.
Then you hijack it, make everything yours, etc.
Things like this cant be called legitimate.

I'm going to be flat honest. I agree with Josh, but again with the first post.

There is no true guarantee you will stay true to your word, and repay them.
There is also no guarantee that the server will be near as successful as anticipated.

I've owned a share of servers that have had hundreds of players, and others that had a fraction of a hundred. Having people pay money is not an appropriate way to get staff, as a 10 year old could borrow his moms paypal/credit card and buy it.

You need to evaluate them, and consider what they tell you. Then observe them to see how they really act towards players and other staff.

I'm not trying to downgrade you and your decision to do this, but just giving you advice, from one idealist to another.

I'm just going to tell you what information i think you should have, to shorten my post.

I'm 15, and can code in PhP,HTML5,Java,Javascript, CSS, Python, and Lua.
I also do Graphics Design and Video Production.

I've owned servers that had 5-10 players, then some who have had 50-100 players.
Setting Up, Installing, and Troubleshooting plugins are no problem to me, aswell as permissions and commands.

I've played minecraft for around 4 years, and spent more than a third of that on multiplayer. I realize mistakes made from staff members and players, and learn from them.

I'm a Community Person, and interact with players and host events.

If you need anymore information, contact me on skype at either "Bailydavis" or "MCPVPEntonez".

    I beleive this shouldn't be allowed. Reasons being;

If it's hosted off of YOUR computer, you could always shut it down or deop/ban the person when the server is progressed.
If it's professionally hosted, and they only get console; You could remove their console access and keep the server as your own.

This basically classifies as potential scam.

I would reccommend posting work, or example templates for banners.
Otherwise keep working, you'll be a big-name designer.
