Reasons for being banned: They were both for griefing.

Skills: I am good at making groups, and adapting to new servers. I like having fun in groups and I can Configure most plugins, i'm also good at PvP
Why you are better than everyone else: The main reason is because I have more than enough experience, I know exactly how the role goes and how to handle it.
Why you want to be staff: I want to be staff on your server because I thoroughly enjoy Faction servers, but it ruins it when people come along and think they can break the rules, so I want to make it an awesome community where everyone can take part.
