Welp, it is pretty difficult tbh.
It's best if you just buy a 24/7 online server.
If you don't want to buy a server, here are the steps:
1. Get a old Blank Computer, that you can run 24/7.
2. Ask your Internet Provider, for a Static IP, so you can port forward the IP address of the server.
3. Then, Install a Dedicated Panel on the Server, so that you can actually run it for 24/7
Even after all of that, you will still need to worry about DDOS protection and Firewalls, you will need advanced knowledge about Internet and Protocols to actually set one up.
I have setup mine finnally, and I am so happy - I have all the control on my hands about EVERYTHING - Hardware and Software.
You will even need to worry about Internet and Electricity Bills.
