Why shall I choose you and no one else to be the co-owner: I'm not really saying that no one else should be the Co-Owner but I would rather think that I have some qualities and abilities that your common minecrafter wouldn't have (e.g. Use of Console, Plugins, Server-based knowledge, commands, etc.)

What are your skills: I can make Graphics Art for the server, and its staff. I proficiently know how to handle console, safely edit plugins without breaking/crashing the server, creating groups (e.g. Donator Ranks, Staff Ranks, etc.), and many other things.

How will you advertise the build team: I will advertise the build team by posting on all forums and perhaps giving them some perks that regular people don't have. For example, (with the Owner's Permission) we can give them /fly or a special kit or something like that.

Do you have any useful contacts: I do have a friend IRL who is pretty good with redstone. I also have a friend who can advertise the server alot (have about 20 people on everytime) but he would probably want something in return (like a staff rank)

Any other information: I can be on the server up to 10 hours from console (if given access) but other than that, I will be on up to 4 hours on weekdays and up to 8 on weekends.

Kits- Can be payed for with in game money or real money as long as they are available to everyone.
Fines- Idk, I'm thinking they could or they could shut down your server if you don't comply.
Selling kits- Mineplex for example, change their Ultra and Hero kits so that they aren't just locked for donators. ANYONE can buy them with INGAME CURRENCY.
You Selling Kits- Donators could have instant access to all kits as long as anyone could buy them with In-Game money.

Why you should be picked*: Unlike other appliers, I am a 8/10 Plugin expert, I know almost every command to Essentials, I am a Semi-Pro in WorldEdit/WorldGuard. and I tend to learn any other unknown plugin very fast. I am very disciplined and can handle staff very well, I can edit plugin code and Create, Edit, and Remove permissions from GroupManager or PermissionsEX.

Administration: 10/10, Why? - Yes, I would say 10/10 for myself, because when I administrate I do it right. I don't play in the eyes of someone with total power, but as a normal player, realizing their problems and help solve it one by one. Controlling staff is another thing, First things first, you need to teach them Discipline and maturity. If they fail to have those qualities, they can't be staff.

Plugin Knowledge: 8/10, Why? - 8/10 because I can't create code, but I can sure edit it. I know almost every command in Essentials, I can set up, add, and delete permissions from both GroupManager and PermissionsEX. I am a semi-pro in WorldEdit and WorldGuard and if there is any other plugin on the server that I don't know, I tend to learn easily.

Maturity: 9/10, Why? - I am very mature, but sometimes I tend to joke around with staff and other players (By Joking around I don't mean griefing.) Thats all for my maturity.

Building Skills: 5/10, Why? - I was never good at building since I started Minecraft. But I was always good at Plugins and server configs.

Trust Worthiness: 10/10, Why? - 10/10 because I always get the job done. I never leave something undone. I would never give anyone ANY special perms without owner's consent

Past Experiences: 1: Used to be Co-Owner on a server which got shut down for financial purposes for about 10 months (appacraft). 2: I own my own private server to test and work with new plugins. 3: I am currently OP on a server named PlanetPvP. 4: I was Admin on a server named SuperCraft which also got shut down for no money.

Reason for application: I have been looking for many servers with LEGIT staff applications because most of the servers are either not good, or not trustworthy and I didn't want to waste my time on them

Position: Why? Why you? - I would say Either Co-Owner or Head-Admin because of my vast knowledge with plugins and also my maturity. I can stay on for a long amount of time and if accepted, I will give all my time and effort to the server

Reason - I am applying for Co-Owner because I have had 10 months of experience of being Co-Owner in my friend's server which got shut down for financial purposes, I have been looking for a server ever since and I can help out a lot with server tech (Much more if given access to console).
