Minecraft/Servers New Pixelmon Server W/ Technology Mods Needs Staff

It would be awesome to be a Admin/Gym Leader
1.) Voice Communication: My Skype is Epicx_Evolution, and I can get Teamspeak.

2.) Mature?: I'm pretty mature. I like having fun, but I can definitely be serious when I need to.

3.) Previous Experience: I don't have much Minecraft staff experience, but i know how to talk to and help people.

4.) Age: I'm 15, no squeaking here.

5) Experience with Mod Packs: I don't have that much experience in those, but I can learn really quickly.
I have a lot of Pixelmon experience though.

My building skills are alright at best, but I'd love to be part of the staff.

Pixelmon Experience: I really enjoy Pixelmon which is why I've seen and played hours of it

Staff Experience: I haven't had much prior Minecraft staff experience, but I definetely know how to be nice and helpful to people.

How much do you play Minecraft?: Anywhere from 2-6 hours daily. On weekends I can get on more though.

I want to be a staff member because I would really enjoy actually being part of the creation of a server and to be able to directly help it succeed. I also understand how to kindly communicate with others.
