Hello ArzoCraft, as I said our Builder Team was created for non lucrative purposes. So we're looking for someone who could find us jobs for commissions periodically (for example once per week or once every 2 weeks or even maybe once per month depending on the commissions).
That person we're looking for would be the Commission/Job Manager in our server meaning that; that person would join our team build.
And to reply to your question Lorri00, of course we would make it fair and give something in exchange but the details are to discuss after and would take place after that the first commission has been done.
