Past Experience:
I have been playing Minecraft since Beta 1.8, and I have much experience in plugins, building, and keeping order in servers. I have a keen eye for detecting power hungry staff members, and can get information as I have 2 mine-craft accounts which I can do to seek out abusing members and such.
How will you recruit staff:
I will choose the best, and the best only, that I can sense who will bring great responsibilities to your server. I will keep a sensitive eye on players who I think would be great, and would discipline members who have been abusing or not following any of the rules.
What will your recruitment process be:
1. The Application. If I were to get accepted, I would keep an eye on this post, and post more threads for recruitment if needed.
2. The interview - I would talk to them on skype and ask various questions from getting to know them to their past experiences with being staff. I won't miss a single hint of them knowing they will abuse or bring harm to the server.
3. The trial. - Give them a trial rank, and stay on for a couple of hours, then say I have to go, and log into my other account and rejoin the server. I would break a rule or two (Nothing major. Disrespect/Something very minor)[Only if they are recruited for mod/admin] and see how they would react to it. If I feel they are fit for the job, they will get it. If not, I will apologize and take away their rank, saying to try again some other time or fix some stuff up.
What can you help with:
I will handle the entire staff team on my responsibilities, and any actions that I take you would know is best for the server. Such as demoting staff members, or banning a certain staff player for a serious reason.
Why do you want the position:
Too many times have I seen minecraft servers go to waste by the abusing and ignorant admins. I would take this opportunity to help your server with the organization of staff members and needed discipline.
Do you have time to recruit:
I get on after school, about 4 o'clock to about 9. I will take about an hour or so if needed to check out new applications and recruiting, and the rest would be to monitor staff members and partly to play on the server myself with the community.

1.) Do you have any experience with this genre of server? If so, what experience do you have?: I have no really experience with RPG, but I am a fast learner and I am dying to know how to play. I've been on a few servers where you can't break anything, and it has economy and stuff if that is anything like it.
2.) How long, over the course of a week, are you able to test?: I would be on weekdays, from 9AM to 11PM PST Time zone, (USA and CANADA)
3.) Are you able to report any problems you find, instead of taking advantage of them?: I like an even game. Not one where people cheat and have an advantage, so yes, I swear to always report bugs.
4.) Do you understand that if, for any reason, the owner or co-owner decides to remove you from the testing team, they may do so?: I understand that it is your choice, and I must have done something wrong to do so.

Why should I accept you: I personally can bring not only more users to your server, but also fun and exitement for those who are getting tired of minecraft. How Long Are You Available: I wake up 9Am, and play until about 11PM, with occasional breaks every couple or hours.
Why Do You Want To Be Staff on SkyblockMP: So I can help the server out, and be there to watch It grow and help it the best I can. I have a creative mind for minigames, I can make them vanilla or with plugins, I have friends who are plugin makers who can help with the development. I am very, very active, and therefore while my time on there I can create ways to entertain the users and build amazing structures to keep them occupied. I can solve User VS User arguments in a fair way. I will not tolerate people who will break the rules or threaten us.
Can You Bring Active Members: I know many, many different server list pages, two of which my friends own. I can get the to put an advertisement up for our server when I make the banner. (If I do get accepted, of course) I also have a youtube channel, where I can upload Let's plays, or funny videos. Where I can put your server as the official one of my account. I have experience in staff, I was administrator on 4 servers, Moderator on 6, and Co-Owner on 2. Those of which I brought at least 70 - 90 active players on.

Age(Prefer 15+): 14, I really do not see why you prefer an age over maturity, but as long as it is preferred I know I have a chance for making your server one of the best.
Reason you want to help: So I can make your server become one of the best,
How long have you been an experienced builder?: I've been building since alpha days, and when multiplayer came in I started building on alot on servers. About beta 1.8.1 A server asked me to build a spawn for them for a total of 30 USD, I did that and soon after much more were offering money for me to build, which I didnt see the point, I will build as long as I can take part of the server in the future,
What is your preferred building style?(Medieval, Modern, Weird, Huge etc.): I really dont have a preferred building type, I just build what you want me to.
How much can you be on?: From 10:00AM to 11:00PM Pacific USA and CANADA time zone, with occasional 30 minute breaks every couple of hours.

Are you serious or goofy?: My mood depends on what needs to be done, if we need to focus on a build, I will put my mind to it and not say much, but if we are just hanging out and having fun, I will crack a joke or two.
Can you keep your attention on your build?: It took me 3 weeks to build an epic spawn for a server before. If that aint attention, I dont know what attention is.
