What are your strengths and weaknesses: I am pretty good at building and have great people skills, but sometimes have trouble managing my time

What can you bring to the server that is needed: I know what plugins are needed for each type of server, i can recruit players on the pmc forums and on youtube, and welcome every player that joins the server
