Hey, I have a server that is undergoing major changes and we are a factions server with guns, airships magic and more. We were once home to over 200 players at any one time, now wer're lucky to get 2. You sound like the perfect person and we already have everything you've mentioned. If you're stupid enough to give someone random/new OP on your server, then you probably should expect the worst from them. Who needs to shut down 9 year old's servers anyway? They have nothing, don't threaten anyone's profit centres, do they? They're kids. There was also no mention that she does grief kids either.

Exactly, which is why I'm baffled. She must really have no life (worthful life) to not only shut servers down, but to actively play on them first.

I run Faction PVP server, that USED to host 200+ players. (Not anymore )

I'd love for you to build us a series of arena's, maybe even a new spawn? We're getting a creative world with free world edit soon, so that'd be helpful for you.

Big servers who want to eliminate their competitors so they can profit from it the most. Paying people to shut down other servers can earn you money in the long-run.

18+ hub sounds a bit saucy tbh haha.
My server is dominated by 13 year olds who are completely stuck up and think that they're top -snip-, it drives me insane, and one of the reasons why I'm good at commumicating is because they're incapable of reading signs. Instead, asking me EVERY tiny question that they have and I'm sick to death of it. But, I love that server more than minecraft itself, so I keep on kicking haha.

YayTranI'm 8 years old and i do kinda grief but after I do that i quickly apologize to the person i grief and help build it back. Well if it's a big project then everyday I'll help them with it. By the way do you feel bad after ruining someone's thing? I do and I ain't give -snip-. Plus 9 year olds aren't even annoying. I kinda like to judge but it's pretty rude if you say that its crap and just destroy it. Well you can do that but just repair it back unless it's a dirthouse that's pretty bullshit i dont support that but i do support people who tried to build airplanes. I mean I am a pretty bad airplane builder but just dont give a -snip- about it. Plus are you a bad person or what? Just don't be a bad kid so you won't get banned.


The reason people find you annoying is because you grief and you're 8. You'd get annihilated if you played legit. The reason you don't think 8 year olds are annoying because you are one. Trust me, little kids are irritating. We've all been there.

I'm 16 but I run another server. I'm going to quit that server soon so a replacement would be lovely. I'm looking for a challenge and would love to help no matter what it is.

Looking for mature staff doesn't mean 18+, there are still alot of pooheads above 18years to be blunt.

I'm good and communicating to players and staff, building, certain in-game plugin commands (I have no access to console so I've never done that before). These plugins wou'd include Holographic signs, Multiverse portals e.t.c, nothing too fancy but I could save you time, that's for sure. I'm more of a hard-working socialite, if that makes any sense. If I'm not doing things I'm chatting and helping others with stuff, there's no need to be bitter or sinister towards players, we're all here to have fun so let's make it fun together.

I love the part where you said "it's not mine therefore, I don't care."

Let's take this out of context. What if your parents were murdered and the only excuse the murderer had was "not mine don't care." It's people like you who make this Earth depressing. The fact you get payed to grief servers... that's about the lowest you can be in life...

It doesn't always DOUBLE it, but it's very good and it's also free to download and use.

I think PvP will be ruined. Some new players can't PvP even by spam clicking, so over-complicating it will ruin that side of the game for newer players, and even players who have left Minecraft for a while will come back dazed and confused. They're trying to make it into a game that it's not, and they're slowly killing it. (My opinion).

If you want a "team game" WITH kits (Kit PvP) install a plugin (I don't know the plugin name) called "Ultimate Arena."

I think it's a bukkit plugin, where you can have mob arena's, ffa, tdm and more, but you need to make the arena. (I think they have to be square or rectangular arena's though), or a circular one with the limits set in a square encompassing the circle if you get what I mean. But it's good plugin to have.

I have first request for you, research the lastest creative plot plugins, we're making a creative server with plots + world edit and we need to choose the best option to do so. I will start you as moderator (one lower than admin), you can bypass guard because their perms are so limited. Tell me what you've found on about this on Skype, and I'll summarise it and post it on the forums.
