The worst server experience I had was on this new (I think) server owned by a 12 year old who would do whatever you asked him to do. The staff there were very abusive. They killed me 12 times with lightning then they promoted me to mod. I was demoted me because I was 'abusing' my powers. I left that server and rejoined it the next day. Someone had griefed almost everything on that server. The owner told the only admin online at that time who griefed it. The admin said something like "NO IT WAS THE NOOB WHO JUST JOINED" (I don't really remember if it was that or something different. It was a long time ago and that admin always typed in caps.) The owner said "k" and I was banned.
Two days after that I found out I wasn't banned anymore, because I forgot to delete the IP and i didn't mean to join it. The server had a reset so it was just a flat map with one house. The owner gave me OP and told me if I build a spawn I would get co-owner. I really didn't care about being a staff on a server like that. I kindly rejected his offer and he promoted me to mod for some reason. I left that server and I don't even think its up anymore.
