You should only use it if you need graininess. If you want something that's supposed to be white and desaturated, don't use it. Personally, noise just looks lazy. You should definitely do the lighting and noise manually, though. It looks better.
it is. the folder is named items and some resources in it work perfectly. also it's already named that. I made it only using a 16x16 editor so idk what went wrong. Thanks for the help, tho!
