Are you multilingual? (Fluent in multiple languages. Not just learning one.) I can speak Spanish just as well as I can speak English, both have been huge parts of my life.
4) How much time do you have to contribute to the role? I don't quite understand if you're asking how much time do I think is needed to be this role, or how much time can I contribute, but I'll answer both. I think helper should at least have 3-4 hours every day. I can play more than 4 hours everyday, but sometimes I wont be able to log in during the day, but I'll be able to log on everyday late night for 3-5 hours.
5) Have you ever been banned or punished on any server?

Actually, I'm going to be completely be honest and say I have, but for reasons outside of my control. Here's the thing.
I used to work as a Head-Mod in a server. (50-60 players daily) I don't feel comfortable mentioning the name of due to reasons i'll discuss soon.
So, I was a Head-Mod, and I used to do my job very well, but there was always drama in this server. Why? The owner had anger issues, and that impacted the server's lifespan
dramatically. One day, most the staff team and some donators were in the TS3 Server, the usual players that talked. Then we started to leave, it was late. The only players left were the owner and a 13Y/O girl that had a mental ilness, but it was controlled due to pills. Keep in mind this girl barely showed signs of any mental illness, and was a very fun person, but also very strong, and would not let herself be insulted. Thing is, the owner popped, and started insulting and making her feel bad, to the point in which the girl started crying, and left. The owner then said he wasn't sorry for anything. Lots of things happened, and he banned everyone that had a close friendship with her, which included me. That's my reason. She was never heard of again, and the server closed.
6) SCENARIO: Suppose it's your first week of being a Helper and you mute a well-known player. Their faction mates start spamming the chat or your forum’s page calling you a bad Helper and telling you to unmute them. What would you do?
First of all, I would screenshot why i'm about to mute/ban someone, and then mute/ban them. On to the question, I would stay firm to my choice, which is not unmuting them. Then, I would show them/the forums the reasons why I muted that person, and the screenshots. that should be enough proof to show that I did the right thing, and i'll let my higher ups, and them, decide. But I did my part in showing them why I did the right thing.
7) Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn?
Okay, I made a mistake. I was mad, and I said some things I shouldn't. This was about one month ago, and I was very angry, because a very close friend said some things to another person I specifically told her not to. You could imagine how mad I was. I then started to text her in a very rude manner. She realized that, and she started saying she was sorry, but I didn't accept any apologies at that time. Fast forward 2 hours and I realize the terrible mistake I've made. I then text her I was genuinely very sorry, and she tells me we shouldn't be close friends anymore. That hurt. I started panicking and she wasn't replying.
Next day, at school she was very mad at me and wasn't listening to my apologies, and she said she never wanted to talk to me again. I was
devastated. I told myself to get it together and to give her some time, and I planned out what I was going to say. I then approached her two days later, completely calm and explained everything. She forgave me, but it took some time to get back to our regular friendship.
Moral of the story, know how to control your feelings, and have emotional intelligence, no matter the situation, you'll avoid bad situations.
8) If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft ?
Yes, I take piano class every Thursday, and guitar class every Wednesday, so I play piano and guitar. I've also been going to the gym every day at 5:30AM for a year, and take Tae Kwon Do (7 years now. Oh how time flies!)
9) Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?
If so explain what role you played, what skills/experiences you picked up and how this will help you in your role as a helper.
Yes, I've been a moderator in nearly 10 servers, administrator in four, and I've owned three. I picked up people skills. What do I mean by people skills? Well, I tell people what they want to hear, without it actually being what they want to hear, but what's fit for the situation. I also multi-task and can manage a large group of people talking at once. I've had lots of experience in these 4-5 years. One of them includes the one I mentioned in the banning section of this application, and could explain it better if needed, or if you simply want to hear the rest of the story, because its
much longer.
10) SCENARIO: You are very busy as a helper, questions are flying at you rapidly, you can just about keep up. You're getting massaged by 2 different players both asking you to get them a moderator for a hacker. What do you do?
Okay. Well, first of all, I would ask the hacker's IGN. If they both tell me the same IGN, I would let one of them someone else is already giving me more info, making it easier to manage. If its not, I would ask them to record the hacker, and take screenshots. Then, I would message any moderator online, if there's not... I would message any moderator/admin/Owner in discord. If there was absolutely no staff online I would ask the accused hacker for a screen share on Skype. If they deny this, and I have hacking proof from the players I asked to record the hacker. I would be left with two options. IF I had temp-banning permissions, I would temp ban for hacking until a higher up can take proper action. IF I have no proof, but he denied my screen share, and I
didn't have banning permissions, I would mute them for not doing what staff is telling you to do, for about 15 minutes. I would keep trying to get in contact with higher staff. If he does screen share and IS hacking, I would temp-ban them for hacking, until a higher up logs in, if I can't ban, I would make a forum post, so staff could see.

11) What do you think you can provide to the team?
I can provide a very fun, responsible player that can build, manage players, and do Graphic Design, if ever needed! I believe I would be a very important part of the staff team, since I can manage permissions, plugins, players, or anything needed, basically!
