Yeah, you need to give more info on what your topic is about for some good feedback. If you are talking about people connecting to your server, make sure to include if you are running it off of your computer or a hosting network. If it is off your computer you did not set up your port forwarding correct and if it is off a hosting network then try deleting the player.dat in your server folder. Hope this helps and if this is not what you wanted, be more specific as to what you want.

Sorry if what i say discourages some other people but i have to say it anyway. I have a windows 8 64-bit os on one of my hard drives and a windows 7 64-bit on my other hard drive. - I have two different ones because i like to have to option of tweaking certain things about windows 8 with windows 7 files, as in the start menu, also i do not recommend that you try what i just said - Back to the topic at hand, I definitely love windows 8 over windows 7 any day! The os is faster and the only reason people do not like windows eight is because of two reasons: 1. the start menu is a little hard for noobs to understand ; and 2. They have never actually tried it themselves and just believe what they hear from other people! Overall i say that you should use a windows 8 os for gaming, especially with MC.

There are many different bukkit plugins - if you are running bukkit that is - that can probably help you with this situation! Just browse this site till you find one; http://plugins.bukkit.org or you can type it in on google and maybe someone had something similar happen to them, so they have to solution on a forum elsewhere! Hope this helps you out
