Experiences on being staff: I have been staff on 3 servers and I currently own one. I have encountered many dangerous encounters such as once, I met a hacker flying but he was giving the ability to all the users. I didn't want to ban all the players so I found out his IP and (1.) banned it and (2.)stopped all messages and clients coming from that IP.
