Faceless_PhantomMy IGN is FacelessPhantom, probably won't be on today, 'tis getting pretty late in my timezone.

Yeah, I'm not trying to be awkward or argumentative or anything like that, so my apologies if I've come off that way. I'm a youth worker so I'm always super aware of the legal framework that comes with it. It sounds like you've got a pretty good understanding of it all though so kudos to you for that!

Since I've given my IGN and mental health issue, I should probably give my age and finish the trinity, I'm 22.

Cool, as a youth worker you could mean a lot to those players, I think. (Of course, if you feel strong enough)
I whitelisted 11 players now, but nobody came online (yet). I hope that whitelisted players will actually join some time

I'm happy to help out when I can!
The server is a pretty good opportunity, but it might be a little bit daunting for some new players. The first step is always the hardest as the saying goes!

It's quite alright, I suffer from moderate depression and anxiety and know first hand it can be pretty isolating.

I'm not doubting your ability to keep secrets in the slightest. What I mean by disclosing information is for example if someone was feeling suicidal and they told you, what would you do with that information? I'm not saying it's going to happen and god knows I hope it doesn't. I know that's a very extreme example, but I don't know how else to phrase it.

I think this is a pretty neat idea. Could it be classed as risky? Probably.
Having a sort of, safe place for people with mental health difficulties to come together and make a community is a pretty powerful thing that they might not have the confidence to do in the real world. On the internet we're personified by our usernames and profile pictures. We let people see the parts of us we only want them to see. With a monitored community server, it's a good way for people with these difficulties to find out their not alone.

My only concern about this whole thing is safeguarding the young people that use this server. For example, if a risk arises who do you report that to? If somebody discloses something to you, what do you do with that information?

I'm just throwing in my two cents.
