PhireEclipseOkay so recently I have had a staff greif up my server, and I IP banned him for it. Occasionally I get the message that he is trying to join, but this time it was differant. There was a new person I had never seen before on my server. When he joined, I got this in my console

The player I banned is Juneshepherd, but the person is joining is aelx27. I don't want to ban an active member, but if it was Juneshepherd on his freinds account or something, I want him banned. Notice how that message randomly comes up then that account comes on. Can you guys help me?.
jminer96Hey guys i am a major prison server lover but for the past year, i have learned that my passion for prison in minecraft is deteriorating as op servers become more popular.
Wherever i go, wherever i look, un-op prisons just arent around anymore. I loved it when back in 2012, prison servers started blooming. That was when prison servers (un-op today) were at its prime condition and had a fairly balanced economy. I mean mining diamond blocks are cool.... but after a while it gets pretty boring and later on it all feels like actual prison when you have to sit in front of a screen constantly mining the same block, selling at the same shop, and staying in the trillions range repeating the same whole thing one time after another. I cant stand it. I loved when there was balanced economy, where you didnt rankup to fast, or too slow, or rankup fast then slope down. The old prison servers were the best. Its was one of the only server where you could test your new gear you got from enchanting, or some guy around the corner in an open pvp area. Where people who were free, were actually free and didnt stay in a prison by choice. Servers that when you rank up to free, you dont feel relived, you feel joyful as you stomp your little competitors into the ground. All this Op prison stuff is just BS it attrcts people who think its cool, then they realize how short of an attention span they have and then just leave and go to the next one. I think no op prison server is worth donations and its a waste of money cause all your gonna do is pay a few bucks for a stupid pickaxes thats "Oh so much better than your original" but in the end its just the same routine. These prisons arent even rollplay anymore. Prison is suppost to be rollplay. Remember when staff on prisons were called Guards and Wardens? when you got attacked and jailed because you attacked a guard ? Those brave people who jumped in to help save you or contribute to killing the guard, who became your right hand man later on in your faction, cause you were free. Where did all the times go, and why did we lost such a great type of server to such a bad era of new plugins and technology. Nobody cares if someones stealing your blocks. nobody cares if you get killed in pvp.
Thats why i want a small community that i can join, minimum 10 players in the day time that is un op and has a well balanced economy. This will save my life and i will mention to everyone i know of this awesome server and we can all play together.
