I am very good at building, this includes redstone, and i can keep things in order
A player is using Xray,and you know about it. What do you do?: Kick them and if they continue to use it then banned.
Someone is caught flying,and using a hacked client. How do you approach this?:awarning first, warning again, then kick, and then ban if they continue
Player claims that the server glitched and he lost his newly found diamond tool. How do you deal with this?: ask others if they knew and tell him if no one knows then say sorry but u just have to re find diamond.
