Why we should trust you: I do have experience with moderating chat and an community. I've ran around 4 servers and I do have been staff on a lot of small servers. I have learned that moderating isn't always that easy as you may think. As I mentioned before, this would take a lot of effort and I've also ecountered a lot of abusive Owners and staff members on my own server too. This made my look on being an staff member different. Before this I thought that being an staff member is just watching chat and just typing some commands to punish the players that have broken the rules. Now we really need to be carefull and social. I also have encountered a lot of staff members that are always AFK and anti-social. This made me angry about the people that accepted them, they never watch chat and always do wrong punishments for wrong things. Or they ingore the player(s) that've broken the rules or they just warn them instead of muting them or just banning them. An little example of this what I've said, someone came online and told the whole server 'Join play(.)example(.)org for FREE OP' the only thing that (I won't tell names) they've done is /warn <player> Advertising. This isn't correct and should be demoted for NOT obeying the rules as the owners state them.
What makes you want staff: I am applying on the Vortex community because I feel i have something that I can bring to many other players like my social behaviour. I do have 2 other brothers and they like me a lot, I play a lot with them and people in real life say that I'm an very social guy. My teachers, parents and many other people told me to study for an social job. I'm also applying because I do have experience with catching hackers and moderating chat and the community. I do understand that I don't always have people that cooperate with the staff, so proof is very essential in this role as an Helper or even higher. I do understand that being an Helper takes a lot of effort and courage to handle with a lot of problems and bugs.

How much can you be on: I can be online every day for around 2 to 5 hours a day.
Anything else: No.

What rank are you applying for? - Moderator or the staff position you think I'll fit in.
What makes you a reliable asset to our staff team? - I'm an very social boy of 15 years old. Anyone that needs me can have the help they need in less than 5 - 15 seconds. I'm very responsive towards staff / players. I would like it to be an loyal staff member to the server. As I would appreciate as I'm accepted!
How well do you think you will do your job as a Moderation / Administration Staff Member and why? - I would like to do my best in it. If I'm only allowed to moderate the chat, I'll do whatever it takes to get my experience and use it against other rule breakers. I will take every force inside me to get the person punished when he breaks the rules. This may sound very soft, but as an staff member I'll take my responsibility VERY serious. People don't have to play around with me as things are serious in-game. If we do have some more flexibility I could do some funny things but not when there needs to be worked. [I'm an dutch person, so my English could be better.]
Do you have any previous experiences of being a Mod or Admin? - Yes, as i ran my own server just a week ago. I would like to shut it down, and help some other server with it. I used to be Mod on PrimeMC. They accepted me as an Trial-Mod on VeltPvP, and I also tried to get Trainee on Mineplex. I failed in my application... I did had a few typos what caused an rejection from being Trainee [STAFF MEMBER] on Mineplex.

What are you applying for (Chat mod,Helper): I actully don't mind if I'm either an Helper or an Chat-Mod. If you need an Chat-mod or Helper just put me in there.
How long can you be on daily?: 2 hours from Monday-Friday. In the weekend you can call me when needed. Don't forget I also have divorced parents so somethimes it could be tricky.
Experience as Helper/Mod/Admin/Chat Mod before?: YES/NO, how long? Yes, on PrimeMC for 3 months.
Motives: I used to run my own server. ( 25-70 players / day) Called DeusPvP. I did learn a lot of that experience, what I learned the most was to not have mercy with people breaking the rules. People would try to get way with the punishment while they're ice to you / other staff member.
Any recommendation from existing Server/First Time Staff Members?: YES/NO
