My advice to you is this: don't recruit of of PMC because 8/10 times the people that you pick are just going to do one of two things. Those things are: A. Screw around and never get anything done or B. Grief and destroy your work.

And if they don't do those, then they never actually came on your server in the first place.

People will very rarely actually host something for free. If you are so lucky as to find someone who will they will probably expect something in return. It's pretty much impossible.

Do you accept that you cannot participate in warfare: Yes, I do , I understand that you have to sacrifice certain things in order to keep the server running smoothly. And to let the normal players have fun.
Proof: I have been a Moderator on a few other server which have closed down. My pc only has an i3 processor so I cannot pvp anyway.

I understand I am not 17 but I am close and my birthday is in a few months.
