Hey, another Owner/Operator who feels the pain.
We get the "Op me" "Where do I builds?" "How do you play MineCraft" questions daily.
Sometimes, when we are in a good mood, we have some fun with the ones who refuse to use their brains and look up the most basic of questions.
Other times, we are left with no recourse, but to remove them and their "CAPS" and hope that someday they find their path, and/or get blacklisted from anything MC.
