Experience: I know a lot of people say this but I have a TON of experience. First of all, I'd like to inform you that I have owned and hosted up to 6 servers, all being quite small with them averaging about 25-36 players a day and I had received a decent amount of donations. I think that owning a server gives you more experience than just applying to a server and having a position such as a moderator or admin because you are the one responsible for recruitment, advertising, hosting, config (I did not have a developer so I had to do much of the config editing my self) and all the other things required for a server.
However, before owning my servers, I used to apply onto other servers and from their I had gained quite some experience. My first position, if I remember correctly, was moderator. I was unsure at first of what a moderator did exactly but over the course of a couple of weeks, I had learnt what every position was responsible. Since then, I have had positions such as Admin, Moderator and Helper on terrific servers in which I feel like I did my part and contributed to the server community.

Why are you applying?: I am applying because I have been looking to be a part of a server which has a very mature staff community. All the servers that I have worked with in the past have treated their servers in a very unprofessional manner and haven't taken it seriously, which makes me feel like the server isn't important and thats why they cannot be successful. The moment I saw this post, I knew that this was serious and that we can actually be a big server. I read through the information given and was immediately hooked on to this server.
So to summarize all of what I have said above, I am applying because I wanted to join a server which is taking itself seriously and not as a joke like the previous servers I have worked with and since it is taking itself seriously, I would love to help out where I can and apply my skills to ensure that the server becomes big.

Have you read and agree to our disclaimers?: I have read your disclaimers. I am totally okay with the server not being open yet. I think that it is a good idea to recruit staff before you actually start your server. As for the information about the moderators and the two week trial etc. I think that is great and I totally agree of what you guys are doing. It shows that you want to have people who are a great fit for their positions and that you want to have the best for your server so I think that is really good.

Do you agree with our rules?: I am comfortable with the rules. I am underage as the recommended requirement was 18 but it says that the minimum could be 16 if your are mature (which I consider myself to be). I dont mind swearing and do think it is a good way to express emotion so I am glad its not banned like it is on some servers. Raiding and griefing are things that I love as it makes the game mode more fun (unless I'm the one being raided). So to summarize, yes I do agree with the rules as well as the disclaimers.

Notes: Just want to let you guys know that even if I don't get chosen, I will still support the server by being on regularly and probably even making some donations.
I hope that this server becomes big in the future.
