New biomes and structures, those are what i want. Maybe a few more mobs, but I think the End just needs a little more visual interest. I would personally LOVE for it to be sorta bioluminescent, even (perhaps especially) if those things didn't cast light (think of the eyeblossom, how it glows but doesn't emit light)
