What rank are you shooting for(Mod or Admin): I would like to be admin but I would be fine with mod.

Age: 13, but I am experienced and have been admin on a couple of servers and I know lots of commands for many different plug-ins.
Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: Because I like helping people on servers and I want to find a good server to help on.
How do you solve solutions: I try to do anything possible to solve solutions and I try to make both people happy if it is an argument.
How well do you behave around people?: I try to behave as well as possible and I usually behave very well.
Are you mature?: Yes.
Do you get along with others(Nothing's worse than 5 admins arguing with each other)?: Yes, I do.
Other Information: I am a pretty good builder and if you want to see the server I am admin on you can look at it Ip: 108.177.227.11. I have been admin on that server for months and I have gotten much better at admin. I play as much as I can of minecraft and know lots of commands. I am also trying to get really good with redstone.
