Try tacking your (CraftBukkit.jar) out of your server folder with all your plugins then run it then put them back in and run it again and it should work and if it does can you give me the ip of the server im getting op on
you should be able to move the skin you are looking at your self then you can see everything you wanna/need to see and then you could make it do different action like a handstand or something
