once I went out to a family restuarant, after ordering the waitress brought us our drinks the cups were dirty. then after she had brought us out new drinks and a 45 minutes wait we find out the our order had never been placed in the queue. when our food was finally done the burger was burnt the fish was cold and the soup tasted like soap
